Practices and Therapies
I have been a therapist for over 12 years, integrating different therapeutic practices with great joy and gratitude for my path and for all the learnings of life and for all beings that cross my path.
Hatha Yoga
Yoga / Meditation / Pranayama
In individual or group practices, we immerse ourselves in a holistic universe embracing Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Trauma Yoga. Each session extends an invitation for students to listen to their bodies, awakening full awareness in each posture and pranayama (the breath that energizes our vitality).
Every practice is a poem, woven with moments of meditation that beckon inward, to deep introspection. Aligned with the potent phases of nature and lunar cycles, we delve into balance through the unity of body, mind, and soul, seeking bodily harmony and consciousness. It's a dance towards awakening through movement, guided by themes that resonate with nature's wisdom.
Breathwork
Circular Breathing
Breath, in its subtle sighs, orchestrates the rhythm of our being, weaving symphonies in the nervous system, in thought, and in the beating heart. Pranayama and breathwork emerge as potent alchemists, honing immunity and mental and physical health.
Circular breathing acts as a natural adaptogen, rousing the body to rediscover the dance of balance, govern circadian rhythms, and soothe the nervous system. It unveils mental clarity, breaks the chains of ancient patterns, nourishes the flame of motivation, focus, and the power of creativity. It heightens libido, unveiling paths to pleasure, opening gateways within body and mind, alleviating the burden of stress. We awaken inner energy, releasing tensions, anxieties, and deeply rooted traumas.
These are individual or group sessions where we breathe together for 1 to 2 hours in a safe, grounded space. A subsequent integration space is facilitated, encompassing various experiences.
Water Therapy
Fly Deeper / Liquid Cosmos
Immerse yourself in deep relaxation in the heated waters, where each body, session, and being is enveloped in the healing they need to receive. Aquatic bodywork offers numerous benefits for physical and mental well-being: enhancing body flexibility, easing muscular and joint pain, aiding in the recovery from injuries and surgeries, harmonizing the limbic system, and assisting in overcoming water-related fears and birth traumas.
An aquatic therapy session is a true 'journey' back to the womb, a return to comfort, to the love emanating from the immense wellspring of care that is water, connecting with its ancestral and healing memories.
Ayurveda
Nutrition / Mentoring
Ayurveda is an ancient medicinal system originating in India approximately 7,000 years ago, being one of the oldest and most comprehensive healthcare systems in humanity. Emerging from Vedic culture, this practice goes beyond antiquity, offering a holistic and natural approach to restore physical and mental balance.
The term Ayurveda translates to 'knowledge of life'. Its primary purpose lies in understanding the various forms of life - body, mind, and spirit - and their interconnections manifested through existence. In counseling sessions, the process begins with an anamnesis conducted as a conversation, culminating in a personalized analysis to promote vitality and enhance the body's homeostasis.

Sound Healing
It's a holistic practice that takes us on a profound journey of meditation and deep relaxation using therapeutic instruments that weave relaxing soundscapes. Sound, used across various cultures over millennia, is a healing tool intended to transition us from a state of imbalance to harmony.
Sound sessions modify our brain waves, using rhythm and frequency to transition from our normal beta state (active consciousness) to alpha (relaxed state) and even to reach theta (meditative state) and delta (deep sleep, where inner healing unfolds). The singing bowls penetrate at a cellular level, altering the frequency of our body and our internal waters, which make up almost 60% of our body composition.

Sobada Maya Massage
"Sobada" is a traditional therapeutic massage developed in the Mesoamerican region, spanning from central Mexico to Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and northern Costa Rica. The term 'Sobada' derives from the Spanish verb 'sobar', meaning 'to knead'.
Sobada focuses on abdominal massage of internal organs, applicable to men, women, and children, aiding in the repositioning and correct alignment of organs or other parts of the body. It is used to manipulate internal organs for various health issues, such as digestive problems, musculoskeletal pain, fertility issues, genital disorders, emotional and spiritual matters, among others.
Sobada treatment aims to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, releasing knots, tensions, and adhesions, realigning and repositioning internal organs to maintain or restore health.
